Single Domain Optimization (SEO) for Multiple Countries: Search engine optimization is the way to get organic search engine traffic, this will become more difficult when we are optimizing a website for more than one region.

Here are few basic optimization tips for multi regional website optimization.

  1. Create subdomains for all targeted countries you want to target for an SEO prospective in your website. Make sure subdomains must like (uk.yourdomainname.com, au.yourdomainname.com etc…)
  2. Please translate all text in the native language of the targeted region and upload complete translated website in main directory of subdomain.
  3. Most important part of whole story is to trigger Search Engine Bot using Robots.txt, to help search engine to index native content in local search engines.
  4. Go to your google webmaster tools and set geo locations for all sub-domains, Google will crawl accordingly.
